the Longevity System
behind NazAura

A system that learns a person, and builds around what it learns.

American expertise.
Scandinavian lifestyle.
Continuous intelligence.
Eirloom Intelligence

Powered by Eirloom Intelligence, an adaptive system built for a longevity sanctuary, owned entirely by Eirloom.

01 · Eirloom Intelligence

An intelligence layer built for a longevity sanctuary.

Every morning, Eirloom Intelligence reads the guest's biomarker and wearable data, HRV, sleep architecture, recovery score, and recommends where to focus that day across Eirloom's eight levers of longevity. The guest can follow the system's recommendation or choose their own focus for the day. The advisor works from whichever is chosen.

Biomarker testing continues through the stay and through membership, with quarterly retesting feeding the same system, so recommendations are always working from current data, not a one-time panel.

This is the layer behind the Monday and Wednesday comparison ahead, the same guest, two different mornings, two different days.

02 · Philosophy

Eirloom builds longevity systems for people who lead, decide and perform under real pressure. The work connects assessment, behavior change and continuous measurement, so guidance evolves as a guest’s life and biology change over time. NazAura gives this system a physical home, one place where diagnostics, treatment, hospitality and reflection happen in sequence, and where an advisor relationship continues long after a guest departs. The aim is a body and mind measurably better prepared for the next two decades.

03 · The System

Every morning begins with a reading. HRV, sleep architecture, recovery score. The advisor designs the day from what it shows.

  • Lighter movement session
  • Full thermal circuit
  • Guided breathwork, 20 minutes
  • Early wind-down, 21:30

This is the layer that turns individual treatments into a continuously personalized program.

04 · Baseline

The first morning is a half-day of diagnostics. By evening, she hears her biological age against her calendar age, in the room, with her physician and advisor together.

05 · Nutrition & Destination Dining

The kitchen is part of the system. A guest's plate is designed against the same data as her training and her recovery, and dining becomes a destination in its own right.

  • Personalized nutrition planning built on the guest's own metabolic and glucose data
  • Meals designed with the culinary team around that data
  • A destination dining program that connects Mediterranean ingredients with the guest's longevity plan
  • Education sessions that link the kitchen to the guest's own results
06 · The Eight Categories

The treatments and sessions a guest moves through, drawn together under one advisor and one record.

07 · The One Room

A single scene, from a recent guest.

A founder arrives mid-crisis, three nights without real sleep.
Day three, two hours with a performance advisor. HRV feedback paired with an actual decision she is facing this week.
She leaves with one page. How to structure work, recovery and rest as the person actually running her company.

08 · The Advisor & the Record

The same person, every visit.
Her data from three years ago sits beside her data from this morning.
The value compounds year over year. The difference between the body she has at fifty, and the one she could still have at seventy.

  1. Y1
    Baseline established
  2. Y2
    Protocols tuned to response
  3. Y3
    Trend clarity across markers
  4. Y5

  5. Y10
    A different trajectory
Across a family

The same record extends to a family unit. Shared health planning across generations, coordinated visit scheduling, and age-appropriate guidance for the next generation, held by the same advisor team.
